Something turned up on your desk with your face on it. Here is exactly what happened, in plain language.
What it is
A one-of-one piece, made for you and for nobody else. A company that wants to talk to you commissioned it. Their name is on the plinth, and a real person on their team put their name to it.
Where your face came from
A photograph you have already published, for example your public profile picture. Nothing private. Nothing from a source you did not choose to make public.
How we knew where to send it
Your employer's business address, confirmed with the company that sent it before anything was made. We do not send to home addresses.
Who made it
ChillRep Consulting Limited, CRO 791088, Dublin, Ireland, trading as Dorothea. We are the data controller.
What happens to it now
Nothing. The piece is yours. We do not publish it, we do not post it, and we do not use your likeness for anything else. We cannot make another one of you for someone else.
If you want it stopped or deleted
Write to [email protected]. Say the word and we delete the photographs and the model we hold of you. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask for one.
